Within 24 hours of harvesting, we promptly initiate the pre-screening process to ensure the freshness and quality of the raw materials. All grains—such as rice and corn—undergo moisture content testing and are passed through professional equipment for impurity separation and foreign matter removal, including wind sieving, gravity screening, and magnetic separation.
Impurities such as sand, stones, stalks, and pest-damaged grains are thoroughly removed. Any raw materials that do not meet our standards—such as moldy, broken, or overly moist grains—are strictly eliminated and will not proceed to the next stage. This ensures that only high-quality, export-grade raw materials move forward in the production line.
The entire process is conducted under the HACCP food safety system, with full traceability, laying a solid foundation for high-standard precision processing in the following steps.
Each batch of products is tested for 36 indicators including heavy metals and pesticide residues, and the data is uploaded to the provincial food safety supervision platform in real time; the intelligent storage system stores products at constant temperature and humidity to ensure stable quality during the shelf life.
